It is commonly known that sleep is one of the healthiest activities you do every day. So it is logical that not sleeping enough is one of the worst things that you can do to your health. I learnt that simple truth the hard way.
It all started after I was engaged to my groom. We had been dating for a couple of years and everything were going really great. So time past and he proposed. I thought my life would be nice and bright from there on out. But something opposite happened.
Very soon after I said yes a sense of anxiety flooded all my body and I became terrified of the responsibility that I had volunteered for. This anxiety developed itself in a very severe case of insomnia.
I could not get to sleep and stay asleep as well. And even when I was able to fall asleep, I would wake up a few times throughout the night with a sense of panic and I could not fall back asleep. Past a couple weeks of my sleeping problem and I was starting becoming insane. I would sleep walk through my days and I dreaded going to sleep.
I became miserable and inconsolable women. More weeks and months shoot past and I started getting used to my insomnia. I did not recognize it at the time, but my mood and character changed and I was quick to yell at anyone for the slightest annoyance. At the end of the day, my broom told me that we needed to find a cure.
He was insisting that I have to go to the doctor, but I refused. I think that my problem was not so serious and that I do not need medical attention. I told him that I would figure it out by myself and that my insomnia would end after the wedding. When it did not happen, I could not justify my situation anymore. But I still did not want to go to see a doctor for unexplainable reason. So, I started looking for cures in the Internet.
And I found this wonderful book called Learn The Natural Way to Staying Asleep and without it, I do not know that I would have survived myself and my marriage. The book taught me how to relax and to find the good night sleep that I was so desperately needed.
If you are also struggling with falling asleep and staying asleep, I can't recommend the book any stronger. Check it out by clicking here. You'll be glad you did.
